Educational Qualification

A candidate must have:

1. Graduation Degree (minimum 50% marks)

from a recognised university.

2. ANY one of the following Special Education qualifications:

• B.Ed. (Special Education) with 50% marks
• B.Ed. (General) with:
  • 1-year Diploma in Special Education, OR
  • 2-year Diploma in Special Education, OR
  • Post Graduate Professional Diploma in Special Education (PGPD), OR
  • PG Professional Certificate in Special Education (PGPC)
• PG Diploma in Special Education (Multiple Disability / Mental Retardation / Locomotor Impairment / Cerebral Palsy)
• Secondary Level Teacher Training in Visual Impairment
• Senior Diploma in Teaching the Deaf
• B.A. B.Ed. (Visual Impairment)
• Any equivalent qualification recognized by RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India)

3. CTET Paper-II Qualified

4. RCI Registration & Valid CRR Number

5. Ability to teach in both Hindi and English

The recruitment includes Tier-1 (qualifying) and Tier-2 (final merit).

Tier-1 Exam Pattern (Qualifying Only)

• Duration: 2 hours
• Mode: OMR-based
• Negative marking: 1 mark
• Based on graduation level
• Tier-1 is only qualifying (not counted in merit)
